Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, strong relationships, and successful execution of branding, marketing, and digital projects. The role requires coordination with internal teams, understanding client objectives, and identifying opportunities for long-term growth and value creation.

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred
Experience
  • 3–6 years in Client Servicing / Account Management / CRM role.
  • Experience in advertising agency, branding studio, digital marketing agency, or IT/web solutions company preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end communication.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and performance discussions with clients.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and proactively manage risks or churn triggers.
Project Coordination & Delivery
  • Work closely with creative, digital, strategy, tech, and data teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Update clients regularly on project status and deliverables.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client objectives.
Strategy & Business Understanding
  • Understand client business models, marketing goals, target audience, and technical ecosystem.
  • Identify client points and suggest suitable branding, marketing, or digital solutions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign briefs for client meetings.
Growth & Revenue Support
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Support business expansion by recommending additional services aligned with client needs.
  • Contribute to client retention strategies and account growth plans.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and web projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and project tracking tools.
