Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and analytical Copywriter who can combine research, brand understanding, and strategic thinking with strong writing skills. The role involves creating blogs, marketing campaigns, and social media content while also contributing to brand audits, problem analysis, and strategy development based on client requirements.

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
  • Certification in content writing, branding, or digital marketing is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or branding agency.
  • Portfolio demonstrating blogs, campaign copies, and brand-related work
  • Experience in a creative/digital agency environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Write engaging and high-quality blogs, website content, marketing campaigns, ad copies, and social media posts.
  • Develop creative messaging aligned with brand tone, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Create copy for digital ads, brochures, presentations, landing pages, and branding materials.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Research & Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth research on client industry, competitors, audience behavior, and market trends.
  • Analyze client briefs and translate requirements into effective communication strategies.
  • Gather insights to support campaign ideas, storytelling angles, and brand positioning.
Brand Audit & Strategy Support
  • Perform brand audits to assess current brand positioning, messaging, strengths, and gaps.
  • Identify problems in the existing brand communication and recommend improvements.
  • Define where the brand currently stands and what differentiates it from competitors.
  • Assist in creating brand strategies and communication frameworks based on audit findings.
  • Support development of product positioning and messaging strategies aligned with brand goals.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with designers, strategists, digital marketers, and client servicing teams.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and brand concepts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with visual direction and marketing strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

  • Understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and digital communication.
  • Ability to convert insights into clear, persuasive messaging.

Technical & Functional Skills
  • Experience writing for blogs, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding projects.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO writing and keyword optimization
  • Familiarity with content planning tools, research platforms, and AI writing tools is a plus.
