Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Designer to conceptualize and develop exhibition stalls, booths, and event branding spaces. The role involves translating client briefs into practical, visually engaging 3D designs while coordinating closely with sales and client servicing, to ensure execution feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

3D Design & Concept Development

● Conceptualize and create innovative 3D stall and booth designs based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
● Design and sculpt detailed 3D models for exhibitions, expos, and branding spaces.
● Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, walkthrough visuals, elevations, and layout plans.
● Translate client requirements and functional needs into visually impactful and practical designs.

Execution & Collaboration

• Work closely with design, production, sales and client servicing, to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure designs are structurally feasible and executable within budget and timelines.
• Modify and refine models based on client feedback and internal inputs.
• Refine models for miniaturization, mockups, or functional production use where required.

Project & Quality Management

• Manage project files, assets, and deliverables with strong organization and version control.
• Maintain consistent quality standards across renders and design outputs.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a design reference library and stay updated with global trends in exhibition and stall design.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong artistic sense with attention to detail.
• Excellent visualization, spatial planning, and design interpretation skills.
• Strong understanding of space, materials, lighting, colors, and branding aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination and concept presentation.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Ability to create realistic renders and production-ready booth visualizations.

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in exhibition stall design, booths, retail spaces, or event setups.
• Experience working with production teams preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D stall/booth or spatial design projects is mandatory.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture, Applied Art, or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Applied Art or equivalent qualification preferred.
