Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Visualiser who is passionate about design and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will support the creative team in developing engaging visual content for digital, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone starting their career in a creative agency and looking to build strong design skills while working on real brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

Create social media creatives, digital banners, website visuals, brochures, and marketing materials.
Assist the Senior Visualiser and creative team in executing campaign ideas and visual concepts.
Adapt and resize creatives across multiple formats and platforms.
Support in creating design references, and visual research.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards.

Creative Support

Assist in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, branding projects, and digital communication.
Work closely with copywriters, designers, and client servicing teams to develop creatives.
Help prepare presentation creatives and pitch decks.

Collaboration & Coordination

Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely project delivery.
Manage multiple small tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong passion for design and visual creativity.
Basic understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition.
Ability to interpret a design brief and convert it into a visual output.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to take feedback positively and improve designs.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Understanding of social media creatives and digital formats.
Basic knowledge of branding and design principles.

Experience Requirements

0–2 years of experience in design, internships, or freelance projects.
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
Prior exposure to creative agencies or digital marketing environments is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, design projects, or academic assignments.
