Eligibility Criteria

● Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
● 5–6+ years of experience in the creative/digital agency domain.
● Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
● Experience in team building, sales strategy, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Structure Oversight

Lead and supervise the following functions:
● Creative & Design: Senior Visualizer, Graphic Designers, UI/UX, 3D Designer, Editor, Photography/Videography
● Content & Strategy: Brand Strategy Team, Writers, Content Writer, Copywriter
● Digital Marketing: SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing
● Technical: Front-End, Back-End Developers, Testers
● Business & Operations: CRM, BDM (Pune), Operations Executive

2. Operations & Project Execution

● Oversee end-to-end execution of branding and digital projects.
● Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
● Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency.

3. Sales & Marketing Strategy
● Develop revenue-driven sales strategies.
● Align marketing initiatives with growth targets.
● Support client acquisition and retention efforts.

4. Client & Vendor Management
● Manage key client relationships and presentations.
● Ensure high client satisfaction and smooth vendor coordination.

5. Leadership & Team Management
● Build, lead, and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
● Oversee hiring, performance management, and team development.
● Ensure seamless interdepartmental coordination.
